1. We have a Mobile Self Check-in System in place for you to check-in at your own pace. Rate Terms & Conditions:

▸ All bookings made are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-amenable. Please note that the credit card provided will be charged immediately upon receipt of reservation.

▸ Our official check-in time is from 3-7PM and check-out is by 11AM. However, since we have a mobile self check-in system in place, we do welcome guests arriving past 7PM too.

▹ For guests who require early check-in before our official check-in time of 3PM, we recommend you to book 1 day earlier to ensure a smooth check-in.
▹ For guests who require a late check-out after 11AM, we recommend you to book for an additional 1 day so that you can continue to have a peaceful morning on your check-out day.
▹ Early check-in and/or late check-out is not guaranteed as it is subject to room availability and additional fees may apply.

▸ We require an incidental deposit of S$300 upon check-in. All staying guests will only be issued a mobile key after they have entered details of their own credit/debit card. This is in the form of an authorisation hold and it will be released within 7 working days after check-out should there be no incidentals to be incurred. Guests who fail to provide a valid credit/debit card will not be able to check-in.

▸ Heritage Collection adopts a no-child policy and the minimum age of stay is 18 years old.
