Heritage Collection on Seah is a mobile self check-in property. The mobile key to enter your room can only be issued via the mobile app after you have successfully entered your valid credit/debit card details for the S$300 incidental deposit hold. The credit/debit card must belong to the staying guest.

1. PAYMENT: Please note that the credit card provided will be charged immediately upon receipt of reservation. Should we fail to charge the credit card, or if the credit card holder name is different from the booking name, we will contact you to process the payment using a secure payment link.

2. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:

a) Heritage Collection on Seah is a mobile self check-in property. The mobile key to enter your room can only be issued via the mobile app after you have successfully entered your valid credit/debit card details for the S$300 incidental deposit hold. The credit/debit card must belong to the staying guest. The hotel reserves the right to deny check-in and/or cancel the reservation should the guest fail to do so.

b) Check-in time is between 3-7PM, and check-out time is by 11AM. For guests who require early check-in before our official check-in time, we recommend to book 1 day earlier to ensure a smooth check-in. Otherwise, early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and additional fees may apply.

3. INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT: Guests shall make a deposit of S$300 via the mobile app. The deposit will be refunded in full by credit card within 7-14 working days upon check-out should there be no incidentals to be incurred.

4. LOCATION: The booking has been made for a room in the above location for the above period. Heritage Collection properties are situated in bustling areas with several bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Rooms with windows have been customised and installed with double glazed windows imported from Germany to reduce the street buzz. Do note that you may still experience some street noise in the room, and may not be suitable for those who are extremely sensitive to noise.

5. MINIMUM AGE: Heritage Collection adopts a strict adult-only policy, and the minimum age of guests is 18 years old.

6. NO PETS POLICY: No pets, animals or reptiles should be kept within the Premises.

7. PARKING: Heritage Collection properties do not come with on-site parking facilities. There is street/public parking available within the vicinity and standard parking rates will apply.

8. NO SMOKING: This is a non-smoking premise. A fine of SGD500 and a professional cleaning charge to remove the smoke smell in the premises will be imposed on the guests should the guest be found smoking. The Management reserves the right to forfeit the full deposit and impose eviction and/or charge on the credit card.
